Our main shipping method is through U.P.S. (daily pickup), options range from Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air Services to Worldwide Express Services , World Wide Expedited, Ups Standard to Canada.
(If you are able to get UPS services in your area, we can ship to you.)
We do not have Saturday Pickups or Shipments!
We also, determine shipping and handling charges by the weight of the package and Length and the Girth.
Length is the longest side of a package or object. Girth is the distance all the way around the package or object at its widest point perpendicular to the length.
Add Length and Girth measurements together to obtain total package size.
Ups has guidelines we Follow, those guidelines, if confused, go to www.ups.com and read up on the requirements.
When all items are added into a Box, for shipment, that box is weighed and measured. When the 2 measurements are added together, that is how we determine, what the shipping and handling charges are. Each box, gets its own label and total, then the totals are added together for a grand total.
If UPS has trouble finding your address or they have to correct the address you gave us, when submitting your order, and the delivery is made to you, and our billing records indicate from UPS, that UPS charged us more for an address correction, we may be calling you to charge you the difference on your credit card or another check or payment will need to be sent to us, from UPS having a problem with your address, you provided us.
We will do all we can to prevent this from happening, but at that start of the order, please provide us with any information we will need, to not have this happen. Ups charges between .01 cents to $10.00 for address problems or other area delivery problems that may have, finding your HOME or BUSINESS Address.
We must be told if the Package will go to a Home or Business Address. If you work from home, then you are most likely in a
residential
neighborhood and that is your HOME address.
This is vital we have the proper information, to help UPS and not to have an added cost, for you, the customer.
UPS needs your FIRST name and LAST name also for delivery and correct Business Address or HOME address. UPS wants everything in the beginning of the order. If not, UPS will charge us and in turn we will have to Re-Charge you for the error.
Some customers do not want to provide all information, and UPS does charge more for the non-information at the beginning of when we enter the information into their UPS screen.
We do not ship to a Mail Box Etc's. or FPO Military Addresses or
P.o. Boxes, UPS does not ship there.
Regular UPS Daily Service goes out by 1 p.m. on Weekdays, No
Saturdays.

The shipping fees that will be calculated to your order is just an
estimate.
There is handling Charges Added on, by our Staff as well.
There is no way to add this feature to our online ordering system, it
has to be calculated by our Staff.

New or Pre-Owned:
Our Main Shipping Method is through Watkins Motor
Freight Lines. mywatkins.com.
Not All our New and Pre-Owned Large Equipment, has weights that we can
gather, until the time of ordering.
On Any Large Equipment, some weights are listed and some are not.
When your order is Received , our Staff will calculate the Crating and
Shipping Charges on your Order.
We will E-Mail you the Changes or Call you, so that you can Approve the Charges,
and we will review your
order with you, by telephone or e-mail. You can also, after placing an online
order, Write to us, A separate
e-mail, with any concerns you may have or additional information for us.
Bare with us, this kind of
business, we are in, does not provide weights on Pre-Owned Equipment
Nor do we have the staff to look up
every weight.
- We will ship to whatever address you give us (1 address, 1 time).
- Freight fees are for 1 address, 1 time.
- If you are not available to accept delivery, the freight
company will charge you a storage and re-deliver fee, which
we have no control over. You must contact the freight company to arrange
another delivery date.
- If you want the name of the freight company that we use, ask
at time of order along with the pro number (for tracking purposes).
- We will assist you in any claims, if it is within 1 time delivery, 1 address
delivery.
Example of how we crate:
We crated up is a hood and as you can see it's nicely done. We
buy the wood and make the crates ourselves instead of using an
outside company (it keeps the costs down for our customers).
The way we crate equipment is for the items protection, and to
avoid damage costs.
If any items comes to you damaged please tell
your driver or freight delivery/truck driver to state the damage
on the bill of lading. If you see outside damage to the crate,
box, please tell the driver to write it down. Call us
immediately and report these damages to our salesperson. Save
crating material so we may order a claim or inspection.
