* The magnetic closure is missing, not sure if it had a magnet, It may of been taken off, by the last user of this unit, and a sort of latch put on the top-maybe for easy open and close, of daily use. 


* Unit is on, as you can see it working. I feel it hot in there too and the gauge works, little scratched-small stress cracks on the clear plastic, but unit works, not broken.

FWE's UHS-4 is hands down the most versatile and best performing heated bulk food cabinet on the market today. The UHS series can accommodate a wide range of trays and pans, including 18x26, 12x20, 14x18, 12x18, 20x22, 10x20, and GN 2/1. Simply load the UHS-4 with your trays and pans of cooked, hot food and this warmer will keep your food hot and ready until serving time.

The UHS-4 is designed to hold (4) 18x26 or (8) 12x20 at 4.5" spacing, but due to the unique fully adjustable universal tray slides and uprights punched at 1.5" centers you can hold almost any combination of trays and pans. The UHS series can also be equipped with wire shelves for even more added flexibility.

The UHS series cabinet features FWE's heavy-duty all stainless steel construction and is fully insulated. Welded construction and our exclusive tubular stainless steel base frame ensure that this heated holding cabinet will withstand the most demanding use.

FWE's Humi-Temp Heat System eliminates hot and cold spots by gently circulating hot, moist air throughout the interior of the cabinet. Humidity can be added to preserve the moisture content of the food keeping the food fresh and hot for hours.

The heat system is built into the cabinet to reduce maintenance and cleaning costs. Clean up is effortless. The controls are upfront and eye level, featuring a full range thermometer and thermostat with a scale of 90 degrees F to 190 degrees F.

FWE believes that mobile heated holding cabinets should be, well mobile. These holding cabinets come standard with heavy duty, solid formed push bar handles. These handles are mounted at each end of the unit for easy maneuverability. Also standard is the full perimeter bumper. The bumper extends beyond the doors and handle for added protection. Each door is equipped with heavy duty hinges and full grip edgemount latches.
