A chairs major function is to sit down, it meets that need.   Was last used in a restaurant setting.

Do not know the exact type of wood or brand name, etc, details, do not know.

I also had 2 lots of chairs come in this day, some had sides and some did not. Some may of gotten mixed up. Will post those in a seperate ad.
