Bakers Pride APC Series conveyor ovens deliver Consistant, reliable, high-volume performance. Quiet and simple to operate digital electronics independent top and bottom heat controls with a temperature range from 300 F to 800 F (149 C to 400 C).
The APC-18 features an 18" wide conveyor belt, 36" long cook chamber, 5" high product clearance, all stainless steel exteriors, 1 1/2 to 30 minutes bake timer and may be stacked three high. International voltages available upon request.

Gas Heated, Forced Air Conveyor Ovens
Bakers Pride's revolutionary, new MAGELLAN Series conveyor ovens employ proprietary, state-of-the-art technology to establish the industry standards, even heat for consistent browning and superior dough rise, and simplicity for ease of cleaning and operator use.
The CV-1830-G features an 18" wide conveyor belt, 30" long cook chamber, 3 1/8" high product clearance, all stainless exterior, 1 1/2 minute to 20 minute cook time and baking temperatures from 300 F (149 C) to 600 F (340 C). Natural or LP gas.
Variable speed air fans control the velocity of convected air both above and below the cook zone with independent, individually controlled settings at the touch of a button for perfectly balanced cooking and baking results every time. A variety of menu items can be cooked in succession without hardware changes.
Unique air control panels provide a gentle, even blanket if heat resulting in more consistent browning and dough rise.

Bakers Pride deck ovens are designed to offer flexibility, quality performance and deliver consistent results. Our unique heat flow controls and heat diverter panels allow the baker to control both top and bottom heat without the use of tools for the perfect product every time.
All Bakers Pride deck ovens are built to last for years of trouble free operation featuring solid initized frames constructed of heavy-duty, hand-welded angle iron for structural integrity.
Burners are fabricated from 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" heavy steel pipe with up to 140,000 BTHU per deck, while our exclusive pre-stressed, spring-loaded, feather-touch doors eliminate warpage and misalignment.
And, Bakers Pride Deck Ovens are energy efficient featuring thick, industrial insulation and a proprietary heat baffling system for quicker pre-heat and efficient, rapid heat recovery.
With the exception of the II Forno Classico, all models feature stainless steel exteriors and painted legs. All gas models are equipped with individual 3/4" NPT (ISO-7) gas connections per deck.

IL Forno Classico
The IL Forno Classico provides the ambiance of a traditional old world brick oven with the convenience and control of modern technology.
Perfectly balanced cooking and baking is assured with thermostatically controlled temperatures, unique micro-slide top and bottom heat adjustments, slide out flame diverters for even heat distribution and Bakers Pride superior 1 1/2" thick ceramic hearth decks.
IL Forno Classico also bakes like a traditional old world brick oven yet is gas fired, eliminating the hassles of fire tending, wood storage, live-fuel ventilation problems, messy ashes and dangers of burning embers.
Ideal for exhibition cooking. IL Forno Classico is designed to be easily installed behind brick, tile, stone, masonary or material of preference for that perfect display kitchen.

The D-12 ovens feature a ceramic hearth deck, top and bottom heat control and are powered by a duel-burner heat injection system. 125,000 BTUH natural gas and 105,000 BTUH with liquid propane. With an extra high 10" deck the D-125 is stackable (model D-250) or may be used as a lower deck to our IL Forno Classico model FC-51. Stainless steel exteriors are now standard. 550 F (288 C) bake thermostat or 700 F (371 C) high heat thermostat available at no charge.
