Restaurant Equipment 4 U - New Items- You may not make any repairs to a unit that we sold you, without contacting the sales person that was helping you, if something is wrong with the unit, for proper authorization on any repairs. We must be notified for any authorization of any repairs. We will not accept any units, shipped back to us, all torn apart by a repair person. That would not be the manor we sold the unit to you in. All warranties will be voided with us, if we are Not notified/contacted.
Warranties that are given by the products manufacturer should be handled by them. This includes parts for the equipment, manuals, damages, etc. If the manufacturer does not want to ship directly to you please give us a call and we will try and help.
Repairs: on New or Pre-owned Large Equipment:
Within your 30 Days warranty period on a piece of equipment, you bought from us, we will provide the parts, whether we need to order them for you, or ship direct from our manufacturer. Restaurant Equipment 4 U will be the only ones to arrange that or give authorization to do so, after speaking with your Sales Person. This applies to all of our web sites.
