These cases are designed to "disappear", drawing the eye through double curved glass and nearly transparent frame to provide an unobstructed view of bakery and deli items. Your merchandiser will get the attention it deserves while being surrounded by a classic-looking, yet stylish display case.
Federal Engineers had both you and your customers in mind when developing the series '90 display cases. The removable sliding rear doors and lift-up glass front make stocking and cleaning effortless, and the case height promotes, face-to-face sales interaction. The series '90 is available in refrigerated, non-refrigerated, or dual bakery cases, refrigerated or hot deli cases.

-Appliance receptacle provided on the back of the case for a case register scale. Heating wells are one piece stainless steel. Each well is heated with its own cal-rod heating element and is controlled by its own thermostat. Each well has a drain and valve and holds a full size pan and a third. Top-mounted, full length infrared heater provides uniform product temperature. Incandescent lighting provides even product illumination. Moisture vents on the rear doors and a forced air front glass defogger prevents excess moisture build-up. STANDARD FEATURES
-Adjustable white wire shelves. Shelves are adjustable up and down and can also be tilted in three positions. 48" models have three tiers of shelves; 42" models have two tiers of shelves. Tempered tilt-out front glass for easy cleaning. Front glass is sloped for high visual product display. Tempered glass top, ends and doors. Removable sliding rear doors, shelf lights, shelf supports, and shelves. 31" and 36" have two swing doors. Shielded top light and shelf lights. Steel base construction with a choice of six standard laminates on base. Other finishes optional. Scratch-resistant, corrosion-proof white vented display deck . Designed for continuous line-ups.
