Includes 3 Quality steel hardened chopping plates which are for Fine, Medium, Coarse Grinding. Includes 1 Stainless Steel Cutting Knife/Blade. You can Also grind seasonings into your regular ground beef to give it your own special ready for the grill Flavor.

Approx. Dimensions of the Parts:
Aluminum Feed Pan is 8 1/4" long, 6" wide, Feed Pan hole is 1 3/4" diameter.
The Feed Pan is not heavy, it has a light feel to it.
The Cast Aluminum # 8 Grinder Housing Head has a 1 7/8" opening hole on top where the food gets pushed into.
Where the meat comes out at the grinder housing head, the hole is 2 1/8" diameter.
The Food Pusher is 8 3/8" long and the top handle where you grip with hands is 1 3/4" wide and the bottom is 1 3/8" wide, white plastic. 
You Get 3 Sausage Stuffing Tubes that are white plastic, the small one has a hole opening of 3/8" x 4 1/8" long, the medium one is 5/8" x 4 1/8" long, the large one is 3/4" x 4 1/8" long.
You Get 1 Adapter Ring that aids the stuffing tubes to fit on the front of the grinder housing head which is flared so you can change the tubes easily.
The Screw Cap Collar Ring is cast aluminum.
If the unit Jams, when the Circuit Breaker Automatically stops the motor, or when the motor continues to function but no meat comes out of the cutting plate due to jamming, switch off unit, unplug, clean the unit.
Apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the spiral auger, cutting blade and housing head after washing and drying. Do not put in the dishwasher, hand wash and dry. Even coat the chopping plates and cutting knife for storage, so the plates will not rust, use vegetable oil or food grade oil.
Do not immerse Motor Housing in water, but wipe if with a damp cloth.
Remove all food from the machine, wash food contact part in warm soapy water.
The Unit has vents on the bottom and side for airflow. Place the unit on a firm surface, Air Passage at the bottom and side of the motor housing MUST NOT BE BLOCKED. 

Never try to disassemble or repair the unit by yourself. Wait 6 seconds when switching between ON and OFF.
Do not Grind Ginger or hard shell nuts, or Bones, or other materials with hard fiber.
Unit is 120 Volts, it does not come in any other volts, that we carry. 
Unit Motor Housing is white plastic with a silver/chrome look on the front portion.
Unit has a gray plastic locking knob to tighten on the grinder housing head.
When the unit is assembled the dimensions are approx. 15" tall, 13" depth, 7" wide.
