Some Features:

The impinger dual-tech finisher combines the patented air impingement with high-intensity infrared heating elements to achieve superior bake times and crispness.

High velocity air surrounds the food for rapid heat transfer, uniformity and doneness, while the IR elements provide superior browning, toasting and crisping.

The controls are located on the rear right hand side of the oven. It includes a power on-off switch, stand-by switch to turn the elements on/off, temperature control, conveyor speed control, and 2 one-touch preset buttons.

Temperature is adjustable from 250 to 650 degree F.

Conveyor speed is adjustable from 15 seconds t0 7 minutes cooking time.

Great for Pizza, sandwich, other food products. Conveyor belt is 8 1/2" wide

Exterior construction is fabricated from No. finish stainless steel.

Electrical requirements: 208 volts, 3 ph, 26 amps, 60 hz, 9.0 Kw, and 3 wire + ground
