The Imperial IHPA-2-12 12" Two Burner Countertop Gas Hotplate is ideal for a kitchen with limited spacing. This compact hotplate has stainless steel front, sides and large 5 inch landing ledge. When placed atop a refrigerated base or equipment stand, this hotplate has a range match profile. The (2) PyroCentric burner heads produce (2) rings of flame for even cooking regardless of the pan size. This open burner hotplate was designed with continuous anti-clogging pilots for instant ignition every time. The front and back grates are made of heavy duty cast iron, and lift off for easy cleaning. The (2) cool-to-the-touch control knobs are made of durable cast aluminum with a Valox™ heat protecting grip. This product measures 10 inches tall, 12 inches wide, and 31.4 inches depth. Features include heavy duty 4 inch legs, adjustable feet and a removable crumb tray.
