 Its refrigerated cabinet has an adjustable shelf and can store spare ingredients for the top. 

To ensure all products are cooled evenly, fans circulate cold air through the interior, 

while the refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures

 between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the level set by the user. 

Providing greater damage resistance than aluminum models, 

the table’s exterior and interior cabinet are constructed of stainless steel. 

Mounted on 6-inch casters, the can be quickly placed or relocated, and its compressor is side mounted.
