Operation Temperature
Medium Temp: 34°F to 40°F
OPERATING CONDITIONS
•The unit is best suited for an environment
where temperatures remain below 75°F
and humidity does not exceed 55%.
•Areas with direct sunlight should be
avoided.
The cabinet itself is the same unit. The difference is simply whether the refrigeration system is being operated.
If the unit is plugged in and the refrigeration switch is on, it is a refrigerated grab-and-go/deli case.
If the refrigeration is not being run, the cabinet is being used as a dry (bakery) display case. You are not removing anything and there is no separate piece to purchase ; you are just not operating the cooling system.
A “dry case” does not cool. It is an ambient room-temperature display. Many coffee shops and bakeries intentionally use these this way because the glass and lighting display product better than a traditional bakery cabinet.
For refrigerated use, customers can place packaged deli foods inside. This would include sandwiches, wraps, salads, yogurt, cheese, prepared meals, dips, cut fruit, and also packaged deli meats and sliced cheeses. These are meant for packaged or prepared foods, not an open butcher or seafood service counter
Dry/bakery use (not refrigerated) is for shelf-stable products such as muffins, scones, cookies, brownies, bagels, bread, chips, snack packs, candy, protein bars, coffee beans, or other retail merchandise. Anything that requires refrigeration (milk, dairy, meat, cut fruit, etc.) should not be placed in the case when it is being used dry.
Regarding the rocker switches:
one switch controls the interior lights only
one switch controls the refrigeration system
This allows a store to leave the case cooling but shut the lights off at night.
For your ads you can accurately describe them as:
Convertible refrigerated deli / grab-and-go case
Bakery display case when used as a dry case
Perfect for showcasing deli meats, cheeses, or baked goods.
