BOWL HAS A FULL SUPPORT BAND AROUND THE ENTIRE DIA. FOR ADDED STRENGTH. QUALITY MACHINE ENAMEL FINISH. MIXER WILL ONLY OPERATE WHEN THE BOWL IS IN THE RAISED POSITION AND GUARD IS CLOSED. Positive planetary mixing action assures complete blending of all ingredients provide bakery shop, restaurant, kitchen with wide flexibility service. The three-speed transmission provides a wide range of beater speeds. The mixer is installed with Attachment Hub and is already available for meat grinder and vegetable slicer.
CONSTRUCTION-We offer a 100% gear driven transmission. No belt to wear, slip or break or replace. The special structure helps to make it convenient to clean the work area. We offer a heavy gauge, high polished stainless steel factory installed safety guard as an optional accessory equipped, with a limit switch that immediately shuts off power to protect operator.
GEAR AND SHAFT-All transmission gears & shafts are made of heat treated special alloy steel, hardened steel drive worm and bronze alloy worm wheel. Gears and shafts are strong enough to mixing any kinds of heavy dough. The grinding process for our equipment operates the gears and shafts smoothly and without noise. High precision design of the gears and shafts assure them long life with easy interchangeably when needed.
TRANSMISSION-Is made of hardened alloy steel gear, much stronger than a common similar sized mixer available on market day today. All shafts are mounted in heavy duty ball or roller bearing.
MOTOR-Our powerful motors are designed to meet any mixing challenge. Our special cooling fan design makes our motor a consistent power that is desirable by all operators.
HUB-ATTACHEMENT-No.12 (standard size) hub accommodates a variety of attachment for food grinding, shredding, slicing, etc. There is a bearing and oil seal inside to help the attachment move smoothly and protect oil from leakage.
OPTIONAL: MEAT GRINDER, VEGETABLE SLICER/SHREDDER, SS FACTORY INSTALLED SAFETY GUARD. SAFETY GUARD WILL PROVIDE AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF WHEN OPENED.

As lift safety guard, the mixer is automatically shut off to meet safety requirement. The mixer does only work when the safety guard is down. Stainless steel grid guard is standard. High efficiency two-speed assures complete blending dough to give positive results within 7-10 minutes every time. Positive timers, automatically control mixing time. One for slow speed and the other one for high speed. In case of timers failure, machine still can run with special switch. New, special mixing technology, synchronized speed with reverse turning bowl, intensively knead dough downward keep dough color and more high efficiency effects. Positive spiral mixing provides dough with water absorption ability and much more volume to assure more uniform texture. Powerful, long life motor itself can change speed, without shifting gears, with minimum maintenance required. Bowl has two rotary directions available, forward and backward. Machine frame is made of cast iron. Electric: 220v, 60Hz, 3PH. AE-BS01 is designed for shop counter. A safety guard device is designed especially for the countries that have strict safety regulations. The machine is safety-protected by an interlocked safety Feeding Guard which operates in conjunction with a safety loaf pusher system and are powered by a 1/2 HP motor. When operating handle, the safety guard covers closely, and a safety loaf pusher passes each loaf completely through the slicer blades. A packing shelf is provided. Crumb drawer is fitted. The crumb drawer must be emptied at regular intervals to prevent mechanical failure.
AE-BS06 and AE-BSO1 is the standard-feed model. Loaves are feed through the BREAD SLICER blades by a weight assisted gravity chute.
